Adapted from the Shamatha Practice of meditation, or tranquil abiding (Tib. Zhi Gnas) which is often painted as a fresco on monastery walls where an elephant is seen to be led by a monkey, and later followed by a hare. A monk is also seen to be in pursuit. This short animation follows four main characters through a mental chase that is resonance of sinking and scattering of their mind. The contemporary juxtaposition added to the ancient tale provokes the hu- man mind to see the unseen.
